Urgent question on Poole oil leak in the House of Commons

People have been warned to avoid the water and beaches around Poole Harbour after an oil leak led to a major incident alert.

An urgent question was brought forward to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs to ask if she will make a statement.
