अतीक अहमद के चकिया स्थित ऑफिस पर आज बड़ी संख्या में पुलिस बल के साथ छापा मारा गया। इस दौरान कई असला एवं करोड़ों रुपए कैश बरामद हुए हैं। पुलिस को सूचना मिली थी कि अतीत गैंग के लोगों ने और उसके परिवार के सदस्यों ने अपने असलहे और कैश को खंडहर हो चुके दफ्तर में छुपा कर रखा है, ताकि किसी को यहां पर शक ना हो आशंका जाहिर की जा रही है कि उमेश पाल की हत्या में प्रयुक्त असलहे है यहीं पर छुपा कर रखे गए थे।
