Ahead of UP Elections 2022, the party which wins more seats from Muslim-majority districts of Uttar Pradesh will hold the key to power, as observed in the last state Assembly elections. Notably, districts and Assembly seats with at least 20% Muslim population is considered a Muslim majority. Muslim votes play an important role in winning or losing these seats.
