यूपी की 58 विधानसभा सीटों पर पहले चरण के तहत मतदान होगा. इन सीटों पर नामांकन दाखिल करने का आज अंतिम दिन है. वहीं, आज कांग्रेस अपना घोषणापत्र जारी करेगी.
