An unruly passenger was duct-taped to his seat after attacking flight attendants during a flight.

Maxwell Bell was on a Frontier Airlines flight from Philadelphia to Miami when he verbally assaulted and attacked flight attendants. He was arrested upon disembarking the flight in Miami.
