A ranch in rural Manitoba houses hundreds of exotic animals, educating the public about them and helping to dispel the myth that we should be afraid of these creatures.
"I saw a need for the educational outreach to help people learn about these animals [and] how awesome they are," Prairie Exotics owner Steve Rempel said.
“It’s a full zoo here,” Rempel adds. “We can really take in all types of animals. Which is why we’ve taken in animals pretty much from coast to coast.”
