The United States has finalised its United Nations Security Council resolution.
It calls for all measures necessary such as 'humanitarian pauses' and allows for 'humanitarian access to Gaza'.
A key sticking point has been the call for a ceasefire between Israel and Hamas - which does not appear in the US resolution.
It is not yet clear when the Security Council will vote on the resolution although it is understood that US Secretary of State Antony Blinken will attend the UN meeting on Wednesday.
This is the third draft resolution issued since the conflict began.
Previous ones by Russia and Brazil were vetoed.
