UN chief again criticizes Israel for situation in Gaza | DW News

United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres has once again condemned the Hamas attack on Israel. He has also criticized the high number of civilian casualties that the Israeli army offensive is causing in Gaza.

We speak with Marc Weller, professor of International Law, to understand the situation from a legal perspective.
