Ukraine War: Vladimir Putin threatens to use cluster bombs

Vladimir Putin has threatened to use cluster bombs if Ukraine attacks Russian soldiers with those it has received from the US.

The explosive weapons, which release large numbers of smaller bomblets over a wide area, are banned in over 100 countries, including the UK, but Russia says it has a "sufficient stockpile" and will use them "if necessary".
