Ukrainian MP Kira Rudik says Russia is not going to feel the impact of the EU's ban on Russian oil until 2023, and she believes the war will still be going on at that time.

The European Union announced plans to ban Russian oil by the end of the year, as part of a sixth package of sanctions in response to the war in Ukraine.
