More than a hundred thousand people have fled Russia - with many more thousands queuing at border points - to avoid being drafted into the army to fight in Ukraine.

Some have told Sky's Dominic Waghorn, who is on the Russian border with Georgia, that they are being used as 'meat' for Putin's war.
