Ukrainian intelligence forces claim to have conducted a "special operation" in which personnel landed on Russian-occupied Crimea and engaged Russian troops.

"All goals and tasks have been completed," it said, adding that no Ukrainians had been harmed.

It also claims it raised a Ukrainian flag on Crimean territory.

The report has not been verified, and Russia has not responded.
