Away from the frontline, Ukrainian and Russian human rights commissioners are meeting this week in Turkey to discuss further prisoner of war exchanges.

The two countries have swapped military personnel on numerous occasions since the war began, this time, the Ukrainian commissioner said he also planned to raise the issue of civilians held by Russia.
The International Committee of the Red Cross has received 45 thousand requests from Ukrainians desperately seeking news of their loved ones who've disappeared.
