Ukraine War: NATO 'should not exclude any action' when dealing with Russia

A former Secretary General of NATO has said the organisation 'should not exclude any action' when dealing with President Putin and Russian aggression.

Anders Fogh Rasmussen said NATO has been too 'eager' to exclude actions which 'undermined' it.

He advocated a permanent stationing of NATO troops in eastern allied countries to protect NATO against any Russian attack.
