Ukraine War: 'Drone attack' sets fire to Russian oil refinery, official claims

Shortly after Moscow came under a drone attack, claims have been made by a Russian governor of another drone attack near the Black Sea, after a fire broke out at an oil refinery.

No casualties were reported, and it is not known definitely what happened.
