Ukraine war: Dnipro apartment strike 'unsurprising'

The former director of the British Army Staff at the Ministry of Defence, Ben Barry, told Sky News that Russia's strike on an apartment block in Dnipro, Ukraine is "unsurprising".

At least 30 people were killed in the missile strike as part of a massive wave of attacks targeting civilians and energy infrastructure alike. A further 30 to 40 people could still be trapped under debris.
