Authorities in Kyiv say at least three people have been killed by Russian shelling in Kyiv on Wednesday.
Strikes across Ukraine have left the city of Lviv without power.
Neighbouring Moldova says half of the country doesn't have electricity after the Russian strikes in Ukraine.
The Mayor of Kyiv says water services have also been suspended after the Russian strikes.
An air-raid alert was in force across the whole of Ukraine on Wednesday.
