Ukraine’s president, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, says an overhaul of the country’s military and civilian leadership is needed to reboot its war efforts against Russia, which is nearing the two-year mark.

Ukraine is also desperate for more military and financial aid in its defence against Russia’s full-scale invasion.

As Jeff Semple reports, Ukrainian defence intelligence chief Kyrylo Budanov is urging Canada to donate decommissioned rockets slated for disposal.
