Ukraine president calls for International Criminal Court to punish Putin

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy is calling for the International Criminal Court (ICC) to punish Russian President Vladimir Putin. Russia is not an ICC member country so the court has no authority there, but it still issued an arrest warrant for Putin, accusing him of committing war crimes in Ukraine. The ICC Chief Prosecutor Karim Khan explains how far the court's jurisdiction extends.
