On Saturday new legislation comes into effect in Ukraine changing the rules on civilian-military mobilisation and lowering the conscription age from 27 to 25.
It's aimed at shoring up a depleted and ageing Ukrainian army.
It’s long overdue say many who are worried about not only the size, but also the age of Ukraine’s army.
