Russia has confirmed its Moskva warship, the flagship of the Russian Black Sea Fleet, has sunk.

Ukraine says its missile is responsible. The Russian military has a different story, however. Their officials are not acknowledging any attack, instead saying there was fire, and that the ship had to be evacuated when ammunition started exploding.

Mike Armstrong explains why the ship's loss is a big setback for Russia, as the battle for eastern Ukraine escalates.
