Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has told an audience in the Netherlands that without justice there can be no peace between his country and Russia.
It follows another 24 hours of Russian attacks that killed at least 23 civilians. And after an alleged Ukrainian assassination attempt on President Vladimir Putin which Kyiv denies.
