U.K. engineers are disappointed they haven't been able to use a Boeing 747 plane to launch a rocket carrying satellites into space on Tuesday, but they're not giving up on trying to make history.
Had the mission succeeded, it would have been the first time satellites were put into orbit from western European soil.
