UK government offers £150 to disabled people

Disabilities Minister and Truss supporter Chloe Smith announces a one-off £150 payment for six million people living with disabilities.

The cost of living support package is coming into place next month, and was first announced earlier this year.

The Truss camp has been criticised for its plan to deliver a budget without an official OBR forecast, which the body said it could provide.
