UK economy flatlines with no growth as strikes hit productivity

The UK economy flatlined in February, with next to no growth partly caused by the effect of strikes by teachers and civil servants.

It follows this week's bleak assessment from the IMF which forecast that the UK was on course to have the sharpest contraction in economic growth in the G7.
