The British PM says he hopes by then, two-thirds of the population would be vaccinated. This comes at a time when many states in India, including Delhi, ease restrictions as new infections drop to the lowest since March 31. Experts have cautioned against a full reopening as India has vaccinated only about 5 percent adults with two doses, leaving millions vulnerable. Many are questioning if this is the right time to ease the curbs.
