The UK Finance Minister is due to make a statement on Thursday about future spending plans.
Jeremy Hunts has warned they will be of "eye-watering" difficulty, with tax rises and cuts.
Already, millions of people living in the UK have been hit by higher energy and food bills.
But people with disabilities are particularly hard hit – often having to spend more on energy and food, making their lives even harder and more expensive.
