'Uber Cruise' down the Seine

A free hour-long ‘Uber Cruise’ down the Seine is one of the latest additions from Uber as the ride-sharing company introduces water transport in European countries, during a surge of summer tourism.

According to Uber, data from the summer of 2023 shows demand from international customers for Uber's mobility services increased by about 55% last year in places such as Greece and Spain.

Until now, the Seine river cruises have been completely booked. Uber has announced plans to bring the Paris cruises back from July 28 to August 3, during the first full week of the Olympics.
