Turkish warplanes have bombed at least 20 targets in northern Iraq. The airstrikes come after a suicide attack on a government building in Ankara.

Turkey's interior ministry says one of the attackers is a member of the Kurdistan Workers Party, or PKK, which has bases in northern Iraq.

Al Jazeera’s Sinem Koseoglu reports from Ankara, Turkey.
