In his last address to the nation, Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced that twenty-five percent of the vaccination work with states will now be handled by the Centre, it will be implemented in the coming two weeks. He also announced that from June 21, all citizens above the age of 18 years will get free vaccines. Now supporting the PM's decision, Chattisgarh's health minister T. S. Singh Deo said that this step will help the country cope up with the deadly virus and vaccination drive in all states will also get a boost.
