The Manhattan District Attorney's office is hinting that former U.S. president Donald Trump could be indicted on criminal charges soon.

He’s been invited to testify next week as prosecutors decide whether to proceed with what would be the first criminal case ever brought against a former U.S. president.

As Jackson Proskow explains, it all has to do with Trump's alleged role in a hush money payment to former porn star and director Stormy Daniels.
