Trump gains Latino, African-American and Asian voters, while white men chose Biden

While the outcome of the 2020 election is still being disputed, many are looking at Trump and Joe Biden campaigning for clues on whether the focus on identity politics was misplaced: according to recent data, Trump lost support from white men, yet he gained four percent from African American and Hispanic communities, and Asian Americans shifted even more to the Republicans, with a seven-percent rise.
