Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and French Prime Minister Gabriel Attal will participate in a signing ceremony in Ottawa on Thursday.

The ceremony will be followed by a joint press conference.

This comes after the pair met earlier in the morning to discuss relations between their two nations.

Last night, Trudeau welcomed Attal in a formal state dinner in Ottawa.
