Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer has addressed the issues surrounding Scott Benton, who lost the Conservative whip after it was revealed in a sting by The Times that he indicated he would be willing to break lobbying rules for money.

Sir Keir also criticised government plans to house migrants in disused military bases and barges.
