Top US universities investigated for underreporting foreign funding

The US Department of Education conducted an investigation into a number of universities last year, finding that many US institutions were not reporting foreign contracts or gifts that exceed $250,000 annually, as is mandated. A number of top universities have withheld disclosing billions in foreign funding. RT America’s Alex Mihailovich has the story. Then, RT America host Rick Sanchez weighs in.
