The Flagbearer of the National Democratic Congress, John Dramani Mahama, has insisted he cannot promise salary increment for pre-tertiary teachers and other labour unions if the NDC comes into office. His comment was in response to series of calls by teacher groups for the former president to revise their conditions of service when the next NDC government comes into power.
