Noida Twin Tower Demolition: The Supertech twin towers in Noida were demolished today bringing an end to a nine-year-long legal battle. The high structures - close to 100 meters tall - were reduced to rubble in seconds using a 'controlled implosion' to ensure minimal damage to the surroundings; Congress's highest decision-making body, the Congress Working Committee today, said the much-awaited election of its new President will be held on October 17 and counting of votes will be done two days later, on October 19, and other top stories.
