Sir Mo Farah says he still needs to sharpen up as he trains to represent Team GB in the Tokyo Olympics, with over 50 days to go.

He also explained his support for Naomi Osaka's decision to withdraw from the French Open.

Sir Mo, who is a double gold medallist in the 5,000 and 10,000 metres, reflected on his own experiences as an athlete and said speaking to journalists "is not easy".
