Thousands of migrants have been crossing into the United States this week, amid concerns about the new regulations that will replace it.

The Sacred Heart Church in Segundo Barrio, El Paso, Texas, is a processing centre offering empathy, benevolence and practical help through the first steps in a foreign land.
