Tributes have been paid today to the five men killed on the Titan submersible which is believed to have been lost after a "catastrophic implosion" on its dive down to the wreck of the Titanic on Sunday.
The safety of the vessel has been called into question alongside the regulation of private sector deep-sea expeditions.
