A video surfaced on TikTok appears to show Montreal police officers aggressively pushing an unarmed homeless man into a concrete block in the city's Chinatown district.

The video shows the man staggering to his feet after hitting the block head-first, only to have the officer push him again. Olivia O'Malley reports.
