Prime Minister Narendra Modi has appealed to the chief ministers of all states and union territories to organise a "Tika Utsav" or vaccine festival to inoculate as many people as possible against the coronavirus. "11th to 14th April can be observed as 'Tika Utsav' for the coronavirus vaccination," he said at a meeting with all chief ministers over the coronavirus situation.
