As a breeding program in Russia’s Far East is helping to preserve the Amur tiger’s population, seven-month-old cubs have made their debut with their mother Ussuri, representing hope for the animal’s future. The tiger is on the Red List of Threatened Species, and there are just under 4,000 individuals left in the world, according to the WWF.
