The United Nation's peacekeeping force in Lebanon, UNIFIL, says an explosion has injured three of its observers and a Lebanese translator. It says they were on foot patrol, when a shell struck nearby. They're said to be in a stable condition. The peacekeeping force says it's investigating what happened.
