A month-long Sky News investigation looks into migrants travelling through Mexico with the hopes of reaching the United States.

Each year, thousands of migrants converge on Tapachula in the south of the country, to begin what they hope will be the last leg of their journey.

The team witnessed a system that doesn’t actually stop the migrants moving north towards the US border, but makes it bureaucratic, confusing and often contradictory enough that they don’t know what to do.
