Thousands flee as Peru landslides cause destruction

In Peru, thousands of people have been forced to flee after landslides dumped tonnes of mud and debris on a poor community in the district of Cieneguilla in the country’s west.
At least one person has died while many saw their homes destroyed by the effects of Cyclone Yaku.
Al Jazeera’s Mariana Sanchez reports from the community of Rio Seco, southwest of the capital, Lima.
