"Those who have already received a booster won't be able to register for nasal vaccine on Cowin. It is only for people who have not taken the booster dose....The fourth dose of vaccination doesn't really help," Dr NK Arora, COVID working group chief, said when asked whether it is advisable for people to go for the fourth dose of vaccination.
