"This Prime Minister thinks the rules don't apply to him"

Labour's deputy leader Angela Rayner tells Kay Burley says she's 'astounded' that the Prime Minister thinks the COVID rules didn't apply to him and reiterates calls for him to resign.

She says Boris Johnson lied to the British public - and if the PM thinks he can cross that 'red line' and get away with it, "all bets are off for our democratic process".
