The Princess of Wales has released a video statement with an update on her health and revealed she is receiving treatment for cancer and is undergoing preventative chemotherapy.

Sky's royal correspondent Laura Bundock says there had been a "huge amount of pressure" on the Princess of Wales during her absence from the public eye.

Bundock says it's clear the reasons Kate has decided to go public, and this is "very much connected" to her children.
