27-year-old Sulemana Abdul-Samed, alias Awuche who was featured on JoyNews as the tallest man in northern Ghana is apparently suffering a medical condition which will have to be treated. Sulemana, originally of average height sprouted within a short period in what his family suspects could be a case of gigantism which causes abnormal growth notably in height. Suleman's aunt, Rukayatu Saali explains they have not been able to send him to the hospital for several years now due to financial constraints.
